With over three decades of experience in the dynamic world of retail, antiques, and estate sales, Your Estate Sells, LLC is family-owned and family-operated by mother and industry expert, Darlene Cucinotta and son, Nick Midgett.
Our journey into the world of estate sales began with a passion for preserving the stories held within antique and vintage items. To fulfill that passion, Darlene managed a brick and mortar antiques store for more than twenty years in the heart of Southern Maryland. After moving to central Florida in 2020, she found herself attending estate sales weekly, which only further fueled her fascination for the narratives and stories concealed within each unique item. Drawing from years of experience specializing in the sale of antiques, this passion, led to the establishment of Your Estate Sells, LLC in 2023.
