DAY OF SALE

We aim to create a welcoming atmosphere for buyers. Our team greets early visitors and provides them with any necessary information about the sale.

Keeping up with the times, we offer secure payment processing methods for buyers, including cash, credit cards, or Apple Pay.

We take security very seriously. To deter any wandering items, security signs will be posted around the perimeter of the sale and our friendly staff will be walking around to assist buyers and keep an eye on things.

If that wasn’t enough, your most valuable possessions will be closely monitored as our curated displays will be recorded by our HD Security Cameras for the entirety of the sale.

POST SALE WRAP UP

The post-sale phase is designed to provide clients with a clear and comprehensive overview of the estate sale’s financial outcomes and to ensure that any remaining items are handled according to the client’s preferences. Our dedication to transparency, accountability, and customer satisfaction remains unwavering throughout this final phase of our estate sale services.

We provide our clients with a detailed sales report, offering transparency in the financial outcomes of the estate sale. The report includes a breakdown of individual item sales, any discounts applied, and a summary of expenses.

If agreed upon, our team can assist with the removal of any remaining unsold items. Once the financial reconciliation is complete, we will send a check for the proceeds to our clients within five business days of the conclusion of the sale, less our fees and expenses.
